no ebill

I got a ebill notification but the ebill is not showing up . Why this has never happened before I use self serve often . Will the bill show up soon .

Even though the you got the e-bill notification it can still take a few days for it to show on selfserve. If you don't get your ebill in the next few days, you should give koodo a call 1-866-995-6636 🙂

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies from your browser?
