no bill notifications


I'm wondering why my email bill notifications have stopped coming. I didn't receive the last 2...I had to go looking for them. I've had the same email address forever??

I never had this happen. Try to go into self serve, Billing, Change Bill Type/Notification and see if the information is correct. If it is. Give Koodo customer service a shout. 1-866-995-6636
