New sign up...Salesperson left mobile data on! 800mb data in box on way home!


I signed up for a plan with pay as you go data. Salesperson activated my phone and put it in a bag and sent me on my way. By the time i got home it had downloaded 800mb in system updates. How do i get my bill adjusted?

You have unlimited data for the first 10 days. Most reps don't tell you this. You'll see it in your self serve.

I wouldn't count on something that wasn't officially written down. His plan didn't have any data, the rep might not put it in.

Julian, check your selfserve, and see if there was an add-on called "koodo mobile" on your account. If you had it  your data usage would be allotted to that "koodo mobile".

If you didn't have the add-on "koodo mobile" and your usage showed 800MB, it is time to contact Koodo for help
