NEW INVOICE IS CRAPPY & FAILS TO REPORT BASIC USAGE INFORMATION

The new invoice is ridiculous. What happened to information totals on: (1) Airtime usage, Data usage, and (3) text messages sent & received. I just spoke to one of your operators who explained the information is no longer available on our monthly invoice, but available by logging on the Koodo web site under each account I have with you. Are you guys kidding!!!! How much time or patience do you think I have to extract basic information about my account? GO BACK TO THE OLD INVOICE. At least it provided all the monthly information totals for us. What you have now is terrible!!!!!

Totally agree! I wonder what Kodoo is trying to hide . Less info means they can try and pull a fast one on us. Reason enough to switch cell service providers.

I don't think they are trying to hide anything. It's just a bad move. Many people don't like it and It says "under consideration" now. So let's hope they will change the billing format very soon 🙂

Thanks so much for the feedback. We've listened and have added the usage totals back to our bills. You should see the changes on your next bill. I hope this helps you keep track of your account without having to run around logging in everywhere!

I've seen your fix and I'm very pleased that (1) you guys are listening to your customers, and (2) you've reinstated all the usage information disclosed in the previous Koodo billing format. THANK YOU. You've retained my business, and I suspect many others as well.
