new home phone user


Got my home phone number ported to the new home phone device from koodo.  Now my cell phone and the home phone are on the same sign in which is Ok but I can not see the bill for the home phone I only keep seeing the bill for the cell phone.

Hi Ken, I took a look at your account and the last E-Bill for you was on November 25th.  You ported over not too long ago so you'll see your wireless home phone charge on your next bill, December 25th.  Just a few more days away!
Hi Josie  That billing date is my Koodo cell phone not the new home phone which I got on Nov 30 at the Koodo outlet.

Both will likely show on the same billing period. The home phone will likely have an adjustment to allow for the differences between your in-service date, and your billing date.

Hey Ken, David is right, you'll have one bill for both of your services.  Because the wireless home phone was added after your November 25th bill was issued, it didn't make the cut off so you'll definitely see it on your December 25th bill.  Let us know if you have anymore questions.
