New customer...unusual charges

I am on the $45 plan and Koodo charged me $51.33 for a pay period of August 24-august 27, and I had no usage overages. Is that normal?

Yes it is. That would be proration for that period you mentioned. The first bills always have that. Nothing to worry about 🙂

Did you buy your phone at a store (doesn't matter if it was Koodo shop or a retailer)? The rep should have explained this to you.
