New customer - typo in name, and also missing authorized second user?


We just ported over our numbers from another provider and became new customers - my wife and I each have numbers. I was to be the primary account holder, but was told my wife's name would also be added to the account. When I logged into Self-Serve for the first time today, I saw that both lines are under my name, and to top it off, my middle name starts with a lower-case letter instead of upper-case.

How do I go about correcting the typo, as well as making sure my wife's name is attached to her phone number?

Koodo/Telus don't have Name display on the phone line. When you call out, receivers will only see the number, not the account name. Hence, I am not sure a difference in middle name could make, as only you and Koodo can see it.

I don't think you can add your wife name to your account. One owner per 1 account. If you want, you could separate her number to a different account.

I don't think so, you and her would have to go to a store, or call in. They need to check her credit for new account.
