New account


HI, I just activated my new Koodo account yesterday and today there is a full monthly charge.  The bill says its for 3 days.  Is this right?

Yes, that is correct. Koodo prorates your first bill so that you pay for those three days plus the first full month.

Your next invoices will be lower 😊

You sign up yesterday at a store?

And received bill already for 3days?  

If you sign up 3-4 days ago and received SIM next day, your first bill would including partial charge from sign up date to the end of the billing cycle + full month in advance.

So, your bill is correct.
