Negative bill


Yesterday I received my e-bill. And the amount is negative: -21.86$! I am asked to pay for the bill, what do I have to do?

Nothing, at some point you overpayed or got an adjustment so for this month you don't owe anything. Next month you'll have a bill for sure where you owe money.

If you cancelled your service with Koodo and have a credit balance you can call in and request that the balance be refunded. 1-866-995-6636
