need to pay phone bill

I need to pay my Kudo phone bill I am no longer a member but I still need to pay the last months of it and I'm not sure how to get into my self-service account and paying by phone I'm not able to get a hold of anybody

You should still be able to get into self serve, what error are you getting?

How did you pay your bill before!?  You can do it same way.

If you know the exact amount that you need to pay, you can use internet banking. It will take 3-5 business days to receive the money on your account.

OP already left/cancelled his/her account.   I don't think it's possible if they don't have an active account.
