Need to adjust my bill as I just activated my account today (received sim today)

I was told via this wonderful knowledge forum that I would just need to ask for my Bill period to be adjusted to start Sept 15th, 2020 as I just activated my phone with the sim that arrived 5 minutes ago.

 

also.. want to add another line but the self serve does not allow me.

Eh, can you tell us more about your request? When did you receive your SIM and what was the amount  in your account. Have you recieved your first bill yet? What did it say in your page 3 of the pdf bill?

I would send koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and a rep can help you witn a credit for the period you were billed for your line while the sim was still in transit.  

They can also look to see if you can add another line to your account.

Also, when it doesn’t let you, does it give you an error message?
