Im trying to get a call back. Chat isnt working

No I dont understand why I  cant recieve a call back. Have in the past

@tana I see your convo with Koodo Assist. It appears you never actually set up a callback. You have to click the “schedule a callback” to start.

 If your inquiry is regarding to your bill, pls download the pdf and look for March 30th on the bill It will explain  and provide answer to your inquiry. Hope this helps!
