Need help


I try to log in to see my bill to pay it and its telling me to use a new e mail and I only have the one
icon

The Self Serve account is set up and an "account manager" instead of "account owner." Give Koodo a quick call and they can sort it out. There are no service fees for doing this. 1-866-995-6636 option 5 for Customer Service.
