need a reciept for my closed account


I closed my account and paid my debt in full but never received a receipt or any email confirming my debt was cleared.

Your selfserve online should be available for another 90 days after the cancellation. You could sign in and check if the account was cleared of any due amount. You could also download your final bill and confirmation of the payment there.

Hello Veronika,

 

As Dinh already told you, you can download  your final bill and confirmation of the payment using your Self serve account, because you can still have access. Another option is to request a receipt or confirmation number from your financial institution.
