Name spelled wrong on app, ok on bill


My name was spelled wrong on my account when I signed up. They fixed it apparently, but the Koodo app on my phone still has the wrong spelling and my bill has the right spelling. What can I do to fix this?

If the correction was recently made, wait a few more days; if the change was made a while ago you will need to give Koodo a call and see what they can do about it.
