Unable to get in to pay my bill

Maybe your user email is not registered. Just go through the registration.

You can always bring your account number/Customer number to your bank to pay it or call Koodo and have them do a payment by credit card, if you are comfortable with that. If you are still unable to register with Self Serve, give Koodo a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline or *611 from your cell, option 5 for customer service. Takes maybe a couple minutes and they can set you up with the profile.

When you create your Self Service account, the system WILL sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. So don’t forget to check your e-mail and confirm it. 🙂
