My payment wasn’t taken


Last month, before my bill generated, I signed up for pre-authorized payments. A few weeks later my bill was ready and it said it would take payment from my credit card and my bill is due November 13. It is now November 14 and the payment was not yet taken. I don’t want to risk any late charges. Should I trust that the payment will be taken, or should I make a payment just in case?

Is it the first time you've put the preauthorized payment?
Yes- but it was set up before my bill printed

Usually the first payment doesn't go through so you should pay this one and the next one should be paid manually. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments "Done! You'll get a confirmation email from us. It’ll take one full billing cycle (one month) for the changes to take effect."
