My latest bill says that the total due is $52, but it also says that it got a $52 payment in April 15...

My current bill, at the bottom it says "Total due $52", but the bill clearly states that it got a $52 payment in April 15.

Soooo.... do I owe anything or what>

On your bill does it say when the payment is due? It's possible the bill paid was the previous month's bill and you have until the end of your current billing period to pay the last bill, so check when the bill is due

Well, not quite. However, at the top it says "Feb 29 - Mar 28, 2016", so I'm guessing it was due around mid-April, which may be the reason my automatic payment was performed on April 15. When I press the "Pay my bill" button it says "Feb 29 - Mar 28, 2016 cycle"

Isn't there some place I can see a history of my payments? I can see a list of my bills but none of them say whether they have been paid or not. Heck, I don't even get confirmations in my email.

But in short, no: I don't see anywhere saying the due date. It just says "total due".

Hey Jay! We charge you a month in advance, so for the billing cycle of Feb 29th to March 28th, your bill would have been due by March 24th or 25th. I think there may be some confusion with the dates. Can you log into your self-serve account http://koo.do/1Syja8O now? The main page will show you if you have a balance currently due or not!
