my first koodo phone bill is due to today and i have auto payments enabled but nothing has come out of my bank account as yet

It takes one full billing cycle for pre-authorised payments to take effect. You need to pay your bill manually this time.

My first bill was April 15th, when can i expect my second bill. I have noticed the all usage meters have been reset.
