My bill shows two periods

Dear Sir or Madam, My account was started on May 3, 2015. But my bill shows two periods (May 3, 2015 to May 7, 2015 & May 8, 2015 to June 7, 2015) instead of one period (May 3, 2015 to June 2, 2015). Please explain. Thanks, Chris Athma

This is your first bill, you are charged for the few days that you started before the start of your bill cycle and then for your normal 30 day cycle that you will use. You are always billed 1 month in advance.
