My bill just went up for no reason


I checked my most recent bill and I didn't use anything extra or have any overages compared to previous bills and it has always rang up at $83.75. But for some reason my bill went from $83.75 to $90.00 even without warning. Why? Can someone from Koodo please contact me since I'm having trouble getting to you? Thanks!

Have you downloaded and reviewed your detailed PDF bill from self-serve? It will have all the details of your billed amounts.

@ Joanna the charges are extra data. Your plan automatically stops data when it reaches 100%. You replied 'yes' to use extra data on the 17th of February.
