My daughter and I have an account together, two phones under her name. She had left koodo for someone else, so it’s just me now. I had paid our bill ($101.99 was our total for 2 phones) about a week before she switched. Now, she’s allowed to get a new phone once a year, but in order to get one, she had to switch companies. Technically, the year wasn’t up, it would have been in about a week or so, but she still got to switch anyways.
Now, I just got this months bill, it included her old phone (which I knew was going to be on there, so I didn’t expect it to be higher than the $101.99, but it’s over $156. How can I get this reduced or back to the $101.99 that I originally paid each month?
