HI ,
I'm being charged this month, $ 25 for an error of voice on the date of my account debit, because the date you debited was not the deal and I did not have money in my bank account...

Which part of it was "not the deal"?

They normally debited in middle of the billing cycle, not at the due date to avoid late fee.
