My bill


Why is my bill 61.55? When i signed up your company, i heard that would be 50.80

For obvious reasons, we cannot see your bill here. Have you looked at page 3 of the bill? Is this your first bill?

I am assuming it was proration on your 1st bill. You get provided a partial charge from the day you activated until the end of your billing cycle. Plus Koodo provides you another monthly charge for the month in advance. You can verify this by checking your ebill on page 3 on your self serve account.
