My balance owing is 0.00$ but I'm STILL GETTING CUT OFF here and there.


I have been cut off twice and asked if I wanted to top up even though I have paid my bill! 😣

What do you mean you were cut off and asked to top up but you’ve paid your bill, you pay a bill on postpaid but only prepaid would ask you to top up so I’m a little confused.
Are you on prepaid or postpaid service ?

Do you mean your data has been cut off and youre being asked to top up? We need some more info like Paul said.
I pay my bill every moth using a credit card. I've not gone over my data.

How are you getting this message to top up, is it when you get cut off a voice on the line is saying this to you ?
or are you just getting cut off during calls and assume it’s because you need to top up or on self serve or a text message you receive telling you that you need to top up ?

@Angie Barbarian Can you clarify what you mean by cut off. Your account hasn't been suspended. And you have plenty of data left. Is it a coverage issue? Are you dropping calls?
