monthly statement


Hi: I have attempted get your statement and it keeps telling the account is at 0. I know that this is incorrect. How do I get the proper statement?

Hi Harvey... Is this information the one you are getting directly from your Self Service account? If it is, and it is 0$, it is because everything is already paid, probably you overpaid your account or you had another account recently closed and it is showing 0$ If you think that there is an error and your bill is not 0$, feel free to call Customer Service to get the info from first hand, you may dial 1-866-995-663 or *611 from your cell...

You should doenload your bill to see the detail. On self serve they have an ebill section where you can click on PDFs. It will show the amount you owe.

It takes 3 to 5 days to get the Bill ready. So if your billing cycle just ended, wait for a couple of days and they will send you a bill notification. Say if your billing cycle is 15th to 14th of the month, your bill will be ready around 20th. So if you check your bill before its ready, that statement shows 0 account balance. 🙂

I know it looks weird sometimes, but if it is in the period between when you have paid the bill and when the next bill is due, this is when it would be stated as $0 balance. This catches me off guard sometimes since I have pre-authorized bill payments
