Monthly Bill Credit Missing

Hi there,

I upgraded my plan on March 31, and part of the offer was a 10 month credit (seen in the pic). My current bill however does not reflect that.

Can someone help me out with this?

@Sam Smith You upgraded the same day your bill was processed. That is why you don’t  see it on the current bill. Not to worry though as we see it on your account and it will be on starting the next cycle. Hope this helps!
