Hi, Koodo rep called that my husband hasn't paid yet his bill (Heinson). Pls. check coz i've paid already through my account, he's riding under my acct. Thanks! J.Heinson

Hi Randy, No one is able to check your account details on here as this is a public forum. You will need to contact customer service and have them go over your account. You can dial *611 from your Koodo phone (free call) and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep. Their hours of operation are as follows: Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm Hope that helps
