mobile self serve

I find the mobile self serve lacks many options the desktop versions possess such as your account number and the account balance. To check detailed things I would have to open up a browser or the computer and log into the desktop version. I find it really inconvenient. Some people don't have the luxury of having a computer or the knowledge to operate complicated technology stuff so I think it would be better to simplify the proccess by adding features to the mobile self serve.
