Missing Credit

Hi Koodo,
I just got a new phone with a small tab from a Mobile Shop kiosk in Superstore. As part of that transaction, I was supposed to get a $50 credit on my account (it is recorded on the printout I got from the sales rep). I just got my first bill and it does have the new $10 tab charge, and the $35 connection charge I was expecting, but the $50 credit isn't there. Do I need to do something to make that happen, or should I be patient and expect it on the next bill?

Usually bill credits show up on your second or third bill. Does it say how you'll receive the bill credit?
