Missing Active Base Plan


Just paid my active base plan online, but my phone continues to say that I am "missing an active base plan" and won't dial.... I paid of last month's bill, and paid the coming month's as well. I am doing something wrong?

How did you pay your plan? Online banking could take 3 to 5 days to process. I would call Koodo and ask them if they received your payments. Can you dial *611? If not, 1-866-995-6636 or 647-788-4337 from other phone.

I don't believe you can pay a prepaid account (top-up) using online banking, only using visa debit directly, credit card or top-up voucher

Oh, whoops...I mixed up with a line -"..I paid of last month's bill, and paid the coming month's...." 🙂

I would call *611 right away, payments are instant with prepaid.
Going to change server. Totally disappointed with Kodoo.
