Missed committed payment date

I need to know how to set a new committed payment date for my current bill. Missed the original date and need to set a new one. How do I do it?

How did you set up the payment plan preivously?


You will need to go through the same process as before when you initially set up a payment plan

If you want to set up a new payment arrangement, you just have follow these steps:

  • log in to your Self serve account 
  • if past due, you will be presented with the following options: Pay now,  Set up a Payment Arrangement and Tell us you've paid this balance
  • Select Set up a Payment Arrangement
  • If you are eligible, you will be presented with 3 options to pay total balance by a pre-selected date.
  • Once radio button is selected on the chosen payment option, click submit.
  • Once the payment arrangement is successfully completed, an email confirmation summarizing the payment agreement or payment details will be sent to you.
