I have always used my debot card to pay my bill. I have been trying to pay, as I usually do by inputing my card information. As I’m about to complete the process the message comes up “Please refresh the page or try again later. “An error has occured”. Now I am a bit frustrated as late fees are added. I lost my job to covid 19 and i”m trying to make payment nevertheless. In addition calling the customer service is brutal as limited staff though, understandable, has made my experience unsavory. Please provide assistance in this regard. I need to pay the bill by the 19th May.
