Allow customers to lower their monthly bill based upon subscription time (the longer you're a customer, the better your price plan becomes!). It may cut into available profits but it will give customers real incentive to stay dedicated to their carrier! This is especially important for the many customers who just unlock their phones. The ease of switching due to no-contract plans means customers change at the drop of a hat. If my plan is at a bare-bones price, it will be harder for the competition to match value. p.s. DO NOT CREATE A POINTS SYSTEM!! ARGGGG

They give you an extra 10% off every month off your plan if you have an unlocked phone or if you don't want their tab. http://koodomobile.com/en/on/switch2koodo.shtml I completely agree though, no points system! I hate them. They are pointless. No pun intended. 🙂
I was so happy to see them do this. I actually called in when i saw it was for "new customers only" and the following month... they offered it to the entire customer base. I will handle my own device... what koodo provides is a competitive price on their coverage. I am so happy to simply be paying for my cell coverage and not accumulating tab dollars. What I would like to see is a periodic price decrease based upon your loyalty. This feature will A) be enticing for new customers (paired with great plans!) 😎 Draw existing customers even closer to their carrier!
I very much agree! I am a long time customer and this would be a nice treat for my loyalty to the company.
I think it would work well into Koodo's favor. .. When someone considers moving carriers because of a new incentive offer... they will think twice do to their earned "loyalty level" This paired with Koodo's current self-service website AND great plan availability/customization would create a great value offering in a limited-option market!!
