LD Saver rate error for international calls

Hi Koodo, i've enjoyed having a mobile phone account with you for over 5 years, however the same billing error keeps appearing on my monthly bill for the last 6 months now (I haven't dared look prior to December 2013, but who knows how far back this goes). Mistakes are never a nice thing in a relationship, but please be honest with me and explain why am I charged more than 5cents/min calling the UK when i have the long distance saver add on for international calls? I'm getting tired of making the same phone call to you about this every month. The last time i called i was promised this would never happen again. What will I receive now, another broken promise? I'm no expert but I think there is a glitch with your accounting software. Please have a look at my file, you'll see I have called multiple times about this before. Looking forward to hearing your explanation, you have my number, please give me a call but not before 9am PST. Thank you, Henning White

Well, this is a public forum although koodo does seem to pay attention to the posts. THere are tons of customers here who may be able to expain on your bill, we have done it many times in the past, but for that we a need screenshot of your bill, wuithout your personals. Or at least tell us what rate you are being charged and where in the UK you are calling. I haven't seen anyone else post a problem about this, I suspect it's something with your account rather than a broad based issue.

Doesn't Koodo charge the same rate to the UK, regardless of where in the UK one may call?

For starters it's 15 cents per minute to the UK and has been for a while. They now have a $20 unlimited add on. The OP stated 5 cents per minute. It is to Ireland. It's part of the great isles of Europe , so I thought maybe the calls are going somewhere else on them. 

He has the LD saver add-on and his rate should be 5 cents per minute: http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-long-distance-and-travelling/long-distance

I'm not crazy Ivan after all. 🙂 When I click on add-ons > international LD saver > see international rates from my phone the page talks about the $2 LD saver (it's actually $3) and the UK is listed as 15 cents per minute. When you do the same from a desktop the info is different. Crazy if you ask me.

Yours I have to beleive. The old one still references the the ld saver as $2 when we know it had gone up to $3.

Hi Henning, Chris is right! Since we can't access your account from here, we won't be able to see what's happening. I would assume that the "LD Saver" feature is not properly set up, which would explain the wrong rate. I suggest that you send us an email. Use this link http://koo.do/YqucV0 (via your Self Serve account) and select "Social Media". We'll have a look into it 🙂 Thank you! ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
Hi everyone, thank you for the comments. I submitted my query directly to Koodo via the link Yannick provided above. I'll post a follow if anyone is interested.
