Late payment


I was late with my bill and now my phone service is cut off. I have proof a payment has been made now, is there any way to regain service and not have to wait a while?

The only solution I can think of is to call Koodo Customer Service and speak to a Rep.
Thank you 🙂 I wasn't sure if they'd be able to do anything for me but I was pleasantly surprised and after explaining to the woman, she was able to reactivate me. Very pleased!
just keep in mind if your not sure you should call you can always just send them a an e-mail they are fairly quick at responding.
