Late Fee

I am wondering if I can have a late payment charge removed from my account. I was a couple days late this past billing period, but it is the first time in almost 5 years as a koodo customer. Can someone please help me?

It should be only a few dollar (rate 42.58% per year) on the amount. I don’t think it would be a significant amount to worry.

If you really wait the late fee waived, you will need to send koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and discuss with a rep there.  But no promises any thing will happen
