Late bill, No service


I was three days late on my bill, and my service was cut off without notification. two questions, how much do I have to pay for being late in paying my bill, and how long before service is back (I just paid the bill)

The late charge will be 2% of your bill. idk how long it will take for you to get service again.

Call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 from any phone and tell them you made the payment. They will fix your problem.

Hi Sophie, For future reference, sometimes it helps to call ahead and let the rep know you may be experiencing difficulty with your bill payment or that your bill payment may be late. Never wait until the last minute. Since your service was disconnected, you may still get charged a reconnect fee of $35. If it's a one time occurrence and you pay your bill on time on a regular basis, or a situation came up that was beyond your control, explain this to the rep and he or she 'may' be able to cut you a break. No guarantees though. Don't get angry or make demands over the phone, be polite and you might be pleasantly surprised and if not, chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I'm not a Koodo employee, and am not trying to troll you at all Dayne. 

You will need to call Koodo Customer Service, they close at 7pm local time today so you might have unfortunately missed them already!

If you're referring to comments on this thread, the only comment from a koodo employee is the one from Daniel, all the way at the end.
plus you have been disobeying our contract
and i can't even call your support number.

military field ex had no service for 2 months but hey good job you guys are on top
