KOODO TOP UP REAPPROV charge to visa

There is a charge for $12.32 on my visa, labeled as KOODO TOP UP REAPPROV, this charge doesn’t appear on my koodo bill, what is it for and why is Koodo charging my visa but not including it on the monthly bill? This charge is in addition to my usual bill, including top ups.

Do you have a prepaid account?

 

Topup is a term used for prepaid plans
