Koodo Text Messages

I have not received text messages from Koodo saying my bill is ready and this amount is due. The last message I had was from March 2017. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Please check your notification settings in Self Serve - you may have it switched to email instead of text.

Yes, I have been receiving the emails. Just not any texts. I unchecked the text message and checked again. Hope it will work next bill

If it doesn't work next bill then just send off a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or do via Twitter to have it looked I to.
