Koodo may be the worst run company I have ever been with. Provided them with my direct payment info months ago. Now they disconnect my phone and tell me its my fault. “Dont worry they say we will wave the reconnect” meanwhile im in the middle of no where with no emergency line. They wont reconnect my phone and are acting like I am the reason this happened. All because they cant take a payment on time from a direct withdrawl. This is after being in touch with their horrible call centre several times to make sure payments were going to work.
