Koodo is not accepting my credit card.. how do i talk to an actual human over the phone?

Hi, i have the correct billing information, the issue is on koodo’s end when I try to pay my bill and set up pre-authorized payments. How do i talk to an actual human to resolve this?

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Chat function seems to be broken.  I just get three dots, no chat.

Did you go to Koodo Assist to speak with the chat and ask to schedule a callback? I tried it out and it’s working for me. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/
