Koodo Credit After Switching to Telus?


I switched to Telus back in July and had paid out my tab with Koodo. However, I keep receiving bills from them saying that I have 0.00 owing and a -426.55 balance. Does this mean I have that much of a credit? If I am no longer with Koodo, could I just be paid outright for this?
