Koodo charged incoming calls ,while I've already added "Minutes Local Income Unlimited"


I added a "Minutes Local Income Unlimited" , last month. When I received my bill I realized that I have been charged for all domestic incoming calls in the last day of the billing cycle. While my incoming calls were supposed to be unlimited.

Look at the date of the incoming calls? Are they before the date when you added the feature?

yeah...Hesam u r correct......they charged for incomming call ....i was also got surprised to see my this month bill....

@ Rachit what was your surprise about? Incoming calls are charged for unless included in your plan or you bought an add-on.
