Just switched to koodo. I was charged different amount than it shows on invoice. Which one is correct?


Hi there, I just switched and ported my number to koodo prepaid service few hours ago. I chose $15 base plan + $25 talk booster. I was charged $40+tax($45.20 total). However the paper + the email I received lists "Unlimited Messaging (Text and Picture) $15.00 Activation Bonus -$20.00 Boosters: Talk Booster 500 $25.00 Pre-Tax Total: $20.00 Tax: $0.00 Total Services Purchased: $20.00" Do I need to call customer service to get the activation bonus, or go back to the store and tell them about this? Thanks in advance.

I payed $45.20 when using the machine to checkout, shows on the receipt.

yes, it shows "Activation Bonus: $20" under Credit (Top-ups)

Ok sorry just looked at my account - what I meant to ask is what does it show behind "Balance"? In your self service Overview page 🙂
