is there any way i can get out of this selfserve billing format? its really ridiculous. first of all i told the guy at the store when i upgraded i phone that i didnt want it, and now all of a sudden here it is. i was my old paper billing system back so that i can just pay this phone off via my online banking like ive been doing for years. there are problems with this billing system and no one is willing to fix it for me. i have been paying my bills with self serve for a few months now and each time i do, i get a text a few days later telling me i owe twice or three times more than i normaly do, even tho i already paid it. so when i go to the site to see whats up, it says ive paid it but i only own what i normally pay...

My Dad is the same way and is very frustrated he can't get a paper bill anymore. I Inquired about it for him with head office and was told paper bills are no more, Koodo is becoming a self serve backed carrier and if he wants one he will have to go to another carrier for his service. So this is unfortunately the response I have to pass along to you, if you want a paper bill then Koodo unfortunately isn't a fit for you and you may want to look Elsewhere for your cell service.
