is the no tab discount not prorated like the bill?

I just got my first bill. It showed the "no Tab" discount only for the partial period covered on the bill, not the regulars month charges. Is this not prorated too?

It does. you may not be reading it right. Since we can't see your bill, call Koodo for an explanation. *611 Option 5.
Thanks Myke, They did miss the discount (on the prorated part) and are correcting it.

If it's your first bill, it can be common for the discount to not get applied. Always always always call if your bill doesn't look right 🙂.
