Hi guys, I still don't understand the koodo billing system. Especially the probation fee. Is this fee an extra money that I have to pay to Koodo whenever I change a plan? I thought changing plan online is free, and by phone, it's $10. Or is probation fee just for what I used or something? So if I change my plan in a few days, do I get charged for the probation fee, as well as the entire plan fee? I don't understand.. Please explain kindly. Thank you.
