Are you getting paper bills or ebills? What is your bill date? First bill? Please provide more details

Most likely you are enrolled on e-bill, Check your e-mail to see if there is one e-mail from Koodo around the date you activated, if you have it, it is to complete the Self Service activation so you can Log in and see your bills and much more... If there is no e-mail, but when you activated you provided an e-mail address, I will suggest you to contact customer Service and they will help you out either to set up your Self Service account or to switch your account to paper bill, a 2$ fee applies every month for the paper bill.
check self service to change the type of bill, if you want it paper or e-bill
