installment fail?


So i chose to pay in installments and pay by tomorrow and june 15th, and I made a payment today. It was recognized and taken off my bill, but apparently the system forgot i was paying in installments because now im being asked to pay in full by tomorrow. I can't contact koodo and the bot is no help so what do i do?

You could contact them through Facebook or Twitter private messenger… hope you get it sorted :)

What do you mean it forgot you are paying in installments?

 

Does the system not allow it anymore? How are you being asked to pay in full by tomorrow?
